| | I like these two different painting style, and you? | | Painting is one of my interests. The Chinese painting style is totally different than the western style. The Chinese painting focus on the "empty" style. The drawing seems to be simple and not so vivid. However, it has another feeling that is hard for me to explain. I like this style. However, if I draw my picture like that, it'll be ugly because it needs some time to master how to paint it. The western painting style seems to be full. All the picture will be painted, including the background. Although these two styles are opposite, but I appreciate to them both. | |

The basic tools of calligraphy - brush and ink - are also the tools of Chinese painting, with linework and tone the all-important components.Despite the ravages of time, war and ideology, there's still a lot to see architecturally.
